Banking crisis leaves Cyprus future in limbo

Protesters in Nicosia, Cyprus, got their wish Tuesday as Cyprus’ parliament rejected an unpopular 10 percent confiscation of bank deposits that the cash-strapped country’s creditors have demanded in exchange for a €10 billion rescue package. The value of the package is equivalent to $13 billion.
