We must have a return to the Constitution and its values that made this country the best in the world. All senators, congressmen, up to the president take an oath to protect and defend the U.S. and its Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
The Judicious Use of Surveillance in Counterterrorism Efforts Act – or Justice Act – would curtail the almost limitless ability of law enforcement to spy on U.S. citizens under that Patriot Act.
This is a step in the right direction, though much constitutional restoration has yet to be done.
