The Colorado Department of Transportation and the department of Labor and Employment will be joining forces to host a monthlong virtual job fair in August, according to a news release issued on behalf of the Department of Labor and Employment.
The event will be used to fill CDOT job positions across the state and will use the Department of Labor and Employment’s online job fair platform.
Job seekers and interested participants can visit www.connectingcolorado.com to gain entry.
Visitors can browse career opportunities, visit regional chat rooms and attend workshop to help with resume building and interviewing skills.
“We’re excited to be able to provide a great employer like CDOT with this virtual job fair, said Department of Labor and Employment Executive Director Ellen Golombek in the release. “They offer vital and interesting work, excellent benefits, competitive salaries and career growth opportunities.”
An advantage to the virtual tour is that is covers a wide geographic region and job seekers can log on at anytime, the news release said.
