Registration now is open for the 2010 Iron Horse Bicycle Classic.
The three-day event, set for May 29-31, 2010, will mark the 39th anniversary of the fabled cycling event.
Included is the featured road race/tour from Durango to Silverton.
The agenda this year will include the McDonalds Citizen 50-mile Tour, the Durango Coca-Cola Road Race, the Quarter
Horse-to-Purgatory 25-mile Tour, the Morehart Murphy Subaru Criterium and the Alpine Bank Time Trial.
The Durango Devo Bike Swap and the Concert on Main also will return this year.
Advance registration is encouraged because the road race/tour has filled up early the last three years.
Last year, the ride to Silverton sold out by early March.
Registration is available online at ironhorsebicycle classic.com.
Last year, 3,300 cyclists participated in the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic festivities in the Durango area.
The riders represented 39 states, Canada and the United Kingdom.
