Durango High School qualified nine girls for the Colorado High School Activities Association Class 5A Girls Swimming Championships this weekend in Fort Collins. DHS, including alternates, will bring 14 to the state meet. Sheyanne Hunsinger, a senior, will swim the 500 free at state, and Ericka Pitcher, a junior from Pagosa Springs High School, will swim the 50 free. Durango qualified three relays for the state meet: the medley relay, 200 free relay and 400 free relay.
