An oasis

The 4 Corners Rainbow Youth Center opened this week upstairs in Room 215 of the Main Mall. The center provides emotional and academic support for lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender and queer youths and allies between the ages of 13 and 17, according to co-founder Jennifer Stucka. Stucka said the center is currently open Mondays from around 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and more volunteers are needed. Visit rainbowyouthcenter.org for more information. Volunteer Denae Benally sings Tuesday at the center.
