Planet Bluegrass has released the lineup for the 37th annual Telluride Bluegrass Festival, which will be held June
17-20 in Telluride's Town Park.
Among the biggest names for 2010 is Lyle Lovett, making his fifth appearance at the festival since his 1987 Telluride
debut, as well as Court Yard Hounds, the latest project of sisters Emily Robison and Martie Maguire, who haven't played
the event since they won the band contest in 1990 as part of the Dixie Chicks.
Two other surefire highlights will be the return of Alison Krauss & Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas and a
performance from Dave Rawlings and Gillian Welch.
The lineup also features regular favorites Yonder Mountain String Band, Leftover Salmon, the Sam Bush Band, Hot Rize,Punch Brothers, Peter Rowan, the Del McCoury Band and the John Cowan Band. It's also the only appearance of the
legendary Telluride House Band of Bush, Béla Fleck, Douglas, Edgar Meyer, Bryan Sutton and Stuart Duncan.
Newcomers include Keller & the Keels, pairing Keller Williams with the bluegrass duo of Larry and Jennie Keel, Ben
Sollee, Brandi Carlile, Mumford & Sons, Josh Ritter & the Royal City Band, the 10-piece Edward Sharpe & the
Magnetic Zeros, the string band Carolina Chocolate Drops and Irish rockabilly star Imelda May.
