7:27 a.m. Men were cutting down trees on someone's property in the 2400 block of Arroyo Drive.
7:30 a.m. Someone found a driver's license in the 1000 block of Main Avenue.
10:03 a.m. An older tan sedan was partially blocking a turn lane at Florida Road and Holly Avenue.
1:59 p.m. An employee was caught stealing in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.
9:13 p.m. A driver in a gold Dodge Intrepid hit a deer in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio, in front of Wal-Mart.
9:23 p.m. A suspicious man was seen walking between two buildings near East Second Avenue and 12th Street.

3:25 p.m. A man was sleeping in a sleeping bag near some mailboxes in the 100 block of Ridge Road in the Rafter J subdivision. A deputy talked to him and he agreed to move on.
4:43 p.m. Someone was shooting a gun near the Colorado Trail parking lot on Junction Creek Road (County Road 204).
9:31 p.m. A crate-sized rock was on the road in the 9600 block of Florida Road (County Road 240).
10:15 p.m. Several people damaged property at the Durango Mountain Club at Durango Mountain Resort.
10:50 p.m. The driver of a white Chevy was weaving and fluctuating speeds in the 6000 block of U.S. Highway 550, north of Bondad.
6:04 p.m. An injured deer was in a field near the 300 block of Center Drive. A deputy couldn't get close to the animal.
