About: Sue has more than 35 years of reporting and editing experience in the daily news business. She spent much of her career at The Gazette in Colorado Springs, including stints as a military affairs reporter, education reporter, assistant city editor, city editor and news director. She joined the Herald as city editor in December 2015. She has received two fellowships through the East-West Center in Honolulu, participating in the Senior Journalists Seminar in 2011 and the Pakistan-U.S. Journalists Exchange in 2014.
