ALBUQUERQUE – A homeless woman found dead in a tent was a homicide victim, Albuquerque police said Saturday.
The woman had signs of trauma to her torso but wasn’t immediately identified, police said.
Detectives were conducting interviews and canvassing the area for witnesses, police said.
The location is in a commercial area southwest of the junction of Interstates 25 and 40.
