Colorado Parks and Wildlife offers instruction to young hunters

Youth age 12 through 17 who have always wanted to hunt big or small game but do not have anyone at home to show them how are invited to participate in world-class outdoor recreation and be a part of critical wildlife management efforts into the future.

Offered through the agency’s Hunter Outreach Program, novice hunters across the state will have the chance to learn how to hunt responsibly and properly with the skills taught by CPW experts.

To receive the application, send an email to nwhunteroutreach@gmail.com, then submit it before the Aug. 16 deadline.
