The Garden Club of Durango will host Fort Lewis College professor Andrew Gulliford, who will talk about his book, “Bears Ears: Landscape of Refuge and Resistance,” from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at Center for Innovation, 835 Main Ave. Suite 225 (on second floor of Main Mall).

“Bears Ears National Monument: Landscape of Refuge and Resistance,” was the winner of the Best History Book of the Year by the Utah Historical Society for 2022. Admission is free and an RSVP is not required.
