Green Business Roundtable will meet to discuss ‘sparking the transition to electric vehicles’

The Green Business Roundtable will host a discussion about “sparking the transition to electric vehicles” from noon to 1 p.m. March 13 at the Henry Strater Theatre, 699 Main Ave.

The presentation will address the societal benefits of electric transportation in Colorado. Matt Frommer with the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project will discuss policies and programs that city, county and state governments can use to electrify their transportation systems.

Frommer joined SWEEP in 2018 as the Transportation Program’s senior associate. He focuses on electric vehicle policy and EV-grid integration.

The cost is $17 for people who register by 5 p.m. Thursday at sanjuancitizens.org/gbr.

The cost is $22 for late registrations and for a limited number of walk-ins.
