Lions Club serves local students

The Bayfield Lions Club screened preschool students in September at Southern Ute Head Start in Ignacio. The tests detect up to seven conditions which, if treated early, can be remedied. More than 2,500 students have been vision tested in Bayfield and Ignacio in the past eight years. Pictured here are Head Start students ages three to five in Classroom 2.
