At Pine River Shares, we were busy finishing up our annual fundraising and food drive efforts to support Pine River Share's food programs, when we were notified that a local supporter would like to match all financial contributions made to the sixth Annual Food, Friends, and Funds Drive!
So that means if you already contributed to Pine River Shares fundraising efforts since Nov. 1, or if you make a contribution before Dec. 31, it will be doubled!
While we face growing demands for help from community members, our programs are expanding to meet the needs. And we've added programs aimed at long-term solutions, such as the Field to Fork Project, working to create a healthy independent Pine River Valley food system; and mutual aid programs that provide short-term assistance to residents when times get hard.
