The San Juan County Administration Building will reopen under a normal schedule, on a limited basis, for residents to vote and pay their taxes starting Tuesday.
Other county offices will remain closed to the public. The building will be open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday for property tax payments and from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for early voting only.
Along with the limited reopening, San Juan County will continue strict protocols to ensure the health of county staff and visitors to the building. There will be a limited number of people allowed inside at one time, and a limited number of people allowed in individual rooms. Staff is installing Plexiglas barriers in high-traffic public locations. Additionally, social distancing is encouraged, and everyone is encouraged to wear masks.
