San Juan Regional Medical Center and San Juan Health Partners Clinics adjust business hours, consolidate services

Based on current mandates from the state of New Mexico related to COVID-19 essential services, San Juan Regional Medical Center is taking steps to reduce person-to-person care and practice social distancing as much as possible by making changes to operations at some of their clinics.

These changes will take place at San Juan Regional Medical Center’s Rehabilitation Outpatient Services, effective Monday:

San Juan Regional Medical Center Audiology: temporarily closed. For questions, call (505) 609-6575. Calls will be returned as soon as possible.Pediatric Rehabilitation Outpatient Center: temporarily closed. Highest priority patients will be seen at the adult clinic, 301 South Auburn. For questions, call (505) 609-6575.Adult Rehabilitation Outpatient Center: Open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, closed Monday/Wednesday/Friday. For questions, call (505) 609-6575.In addition, the San Juan Health Partners Family Medicine Clinics (both the 102 and 120 Llano Street locations in Aztec), as well as the San Juan Health Partners Walk-in Clinic in Bloomfield, will be consolidating services effective Monday.

During this time, in-person visits will not be provided, however we will continue to serve our patients by phone while complying with the state mandate to reduce in-person care. To contact the clinics, please use the information:
