San Juan Regional Medical Center invites patients to actively manage their health care and stay better informed about their care by signing up for the patient portal.
My Health Portal is a free, online tool that provides fast, easy access to health information, plus it’s encrypted and password protected so health data remain secure.
By signing up for My Health Portal, patients will be able to: view their health history, including medications, allergies, immunizations and health issues; access selected lab and radiology results; view and request appointments; send a secure message to many health care providers; view and download care summaries; pay bills or set up payment arrangements.
Access to My Health Portal is granted to patients 18 and older. To sign up, visit www.sanjuanregional.com/patientportal.
