I wanted to say thank you to Backcountry Experience for helping my son out with his ski equipment and supporting his interest in video editing a couple of months back. I could not justify the expense of the trip he wanted to take, but I am so happy he had the great experience with his high school class.
To pay it forward, I am donating to the Durango Food Bank today, as promised. Who saw this coming? My heart goes out to those in need, and this small thing I can do, as I have a commitment to buy for one of my goldendoodles.
I challenge Kevin Brennan of Exxon to donate a tank of gas to the Durango Food Bank vans, as it’s the small things we can all do to help others that will help us all. I hope he will continue to pay it forward by challenging another business. We are a community that takes care of others and are so blessed to live in our town!
