I am writing to the residents of Durango about how lucky you are to have Frank Lockwood as a resident and potential City Councilor.
Frank and I have been friends for close to 20 years and I have always found him to be a man of integrity who is reliable and trustworthy. In addition I worked with Frank over several years as we were both presidents of a nonprofit organization in Hawaii.
I found Frank to be a tireless worker as well as extremely creative. He works hard to understand both sides of issues to produce the best outcomes. Frank’s positive approach to life’s challenges make him a pleasure to work with.
