Centura Health-Mercy Regional Medical Center announces that Mercy Home Health was recognized as a Top 500 HomeCare Elite agency by Ability and DecisionHealth.
Now in its 14th year, HomeCare Elite identifies the top 25% of agencies based on performance measures. This year, those measures include quality of care, quality improvement, patient experience, best practices implementation and more. Since 2005, Mercy has been recognized as a “top 100” agency six times, as a “top 500” agency five times, and among the top 25% of agencies twice.
Mercy’s achievement coincides with sister Centura home health agencies that were recognized as HomeCare Elite winners, including Centura Health at Home – Penrose St. Francis Health, Colorado Springs and Centura Health at Home, Greenwood Village. A total of 31 home care agencies in Colorado were named among the top 25% in the nation.
