The Produce Safety Collaborative along with Colorado State University Extension, Fort Lewis College, and the Colorado Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association will be host an online-only Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training Course over two half days: Jan. 28: 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Jan. 28 and 7:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 29.
