San Juan Health Partners Specialty Services, a division of San Juan Regional Medical Center, will open Monday at 1485 Florida Road, Suite A103, to offer comprehensive cardiology and urology services.
Dr. Rachel Chaney, who will accept new patients, has a special interest in non-invasive cardiology and prevention as well as congenital heart disease. Chaney has more than 20 years of experience as a cardiologist and has been serving patients in southern Colorado since 2013, most recently at San Juan Regional Heart Center in Bayfield. With the move to the new clinic, the Bayfield location will close.
Dr. Daniel Mannas and Dr. Chris Taylor will provide a full range of personalized urology services and specialized procedures to patients at the clinic.
San Juan Health Partners Specialty Services will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment, call 444-0260.
