Enough is enough. When I watched the spectacle of President Donald Trump and Vice President Vance trying to belittle President Zelensky of Ukraine on national news, I knew Trump had crossed a red line.
To hear Trump and Vance siding with President Putin of Russia and blaming President Zelensky and the Ukrainian people for causing Russia to invade them, I knew it was time to sound the alarm. America is in deep trouble.
My ancestors are rolling over in their graves with shame because of Trump and the complicit and collaborative Republican Congress and administration.
My ancestors fought in the American Revolution and all U.S. wars since. My father and four uncles fought in World War II alongside our valiant partners from Europe and Canada.
Why would Donald Trump pick fights with our historic partners in the Americas and Europe? Who remembers the Cold War? I sure do. The U.S. has arguably been one of the key leaders of the free world for the past century. Why would Donald Trump throw that away to suck-up to Russia?
Wake up, Americans! Why would Trump and Elon Musk kneecap our federal workforce? The damage they are doing in service of Project 2025 will take years to undo, even if we can stop them soon. Normal services are going to grind to a halt.
Act now! Call, write letters and emails to Congress and The White House. March! Do anything peaceful to let your voice be heard.
